Do you have a vacancy?
We offer the option of a fully trained Caretaker to be stationed at your school on a long-term agreement on a yearly basis, eliminating the need for you to recruit for the vacancy yourself.
Our dedicated team member will be assigned specifically to your school, working according to your unique requirements (part-time, full-time, all year round, or term-time only). With a flexible, long-term contract and just a one-month notice period, we provide you with peace of mind and a seamless solution to your facilities support needs.
The longer-term offer provides:

Assurance of all appropriate recruitment checks in line with KCSIE, including DBS, Right to Work, References, online checks & Overseas Check.

All management, training & mentoring support throughout the term of the agreement.

Training certificates monitored and maintained by KeyPoint in Health & Safety, Legionella, COSHH & Asbestos Awareness & Safeguarding (additional can be included upon request).

All periods of annual leave will be covered by KeyPoint so you don’t have to arrange cover.

Assurance your site will always be opened & closed, even in the event of emergency or absence.

Support your Facilities Team

Our inclusive package includes an on-site visit to thoroughly assess your school’s specific needs, ensuring we’re fully prepared to assist in any situation, including in emergencies.

To guarantee seamless coverage, we will hold two sets of keys throughout the year, ensuring that we can respond quickly and effectively, even at short notice. This provides you with complete peace of mind, knowing that your school will always be attended to—whether it’s covering unexpected staff absences or responding to alarm activations where you staff are unable to.

This package includes the ‘on-call’ service where we can be either first or second point of contact for an emergency alarm activations.
​
Our inclusive package also offers a key holding service for up to 6 weeks (including weekends, if required) to cover annual leave during school holiday periods. This ensures you have reliable cover when approving time off for your team. We can provide site security checks during these periods, or manage opening and closing the site when the building is in use. Additionally, all necessary health and safety tests, including fire drills and legionella checks, will be carried out during these weeks.
